Day Two: Focus and Motivation

Have laser pointer focus, but contextualize with broad, and long-term, meaningful motivation.

The last two days at work have somehow naturally given me such a perspective:

  • The bar for expectations and significance are set incredibly high
  • Pace is even faster

By combining infinitely enticing development and stetching, yet achievable growth goals, my mind has probably never been more clear and productive.

My attention is implicitly demanded, and creativity pushed and driven to reach, execute, and then stretch growth.
